Rush Baker IV

is a former Grant Wood fellow at the University of Iowa in painting and drawing. His work has been exhibited widely, including in solo exhibitions at Hemphill Artworks (Washington, DC), Keijsers Koning (Dallas, Texas), and Future Gallery (Berlin, Germany), and is held in the permanent collections of the Phillips Collection (Washington, DC), the Studio Museum in Harlem (New York), and the International African American Museum (Charleston, South Carolina). He is an assistant professor of painting at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago. His website is RushBakerStudio.com.
