His poems have appeared in various journals, including the American Scholar, Cimarron Review, Tampa Review, and Christianity & Literature. As a lawyer, he has advocated the recovery of Jewish assets confiscated by Nazis during World War II. Presently, he leads a writers’ workshop for inmates in a women’s prison.
